ProSwing AI Privacy Policy

Introduction

ProSwing AI ("we", "us", "our", or "the App") is an AI-powered golf swing analysis application developed by True Compass AI. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, where it goes, how long we keep it, and your rights over it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. Everything we collect is used solely to deliver the App's coaching features to you.

What Data We Collect

Swing Videos
When you record a swing, the video is uploaded from your device to our analysis server hosted on Google Cloud Run (us-central1, United States). The video is processed to generate your coaching analysis and is then stored in your private iCloud account via CloudKit. We do not retain copies of your raw video on our servers beyond the time needed to complete analysis.

Biomechanics Measurements
On Pro-path devices (iPhone with LiDAR), ARKit measures joint angles, body rotation, tempo, and swing phase timing entirely on your device. These measurements are sent to our server alongside your video to improve the accuracy of the AI coaching feedback.

Coaching Results
Your analysis results — scores, written feedback, coaching goals, and key frame images — are returned from the server and stored in your private iCloud database (CloudKit). They are not accessible to other users.

Voice Coaching Audio
If you tap the play button on voice coaching, your coaching text is sent to ElevenLabs to generate audio. Audio is generated on demand only — it is not generated automatically on every analysis. ElevenLabs processes the text on their servers and returns an audio file. See ElevenLabs Privacy Policy.

Anonymous Device ID
An anonymous UUID is generated on first launch and stored locally on your device. It is sent with API requests to authenticate communication with our server. It is not linked to your name, email address, Apple ID, or any other identifying information.

Subscription Usage
We track how many analysis sessions you have used in the current billing period, stored locally and in your private iCloud database. This is used to enforce plan limits. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your payment card information.

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following services only as necessary to deliver the App's features:

• Google Cloud Run (GCP, us-central1): Hosts our analysis API server. Your swing video and biomechanics data are sent here for processing. Google Cloud Privacy Notice.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Generates written coaching feedback and goals from your swing analysis data. Anthropic Privacy Policy.
• ElevenLabs: Generates voice coaching audio on demand when you tap play. ElevenLabs Privacy Policy.
• Apple CloudKit: Stores your swing history and session counts in your private iCloud database. Data is associated with your Apple ID and is not accessible to us. Apple Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store: Handles all subscription billing and payment processing. We receive only confirmation of subscription status from Apple.

Data Storage and Security

Your swing history and coaching results are stored in Apple's CloudKit private database — they are tied to your Apple ID and iCloud account and are not accessible to us or to other users. Video and biomechanics data sent to our server are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not retain raw swing videos on our servers after analysis is complete.

Data Retention

Your coaching results and swing history remain in your iCloud account for as long as you keep the app installed or until you delete them. You can delete all data at any time using the "Delete My Data & Account" option in the App's Settings screen, which removes your CloudKit records. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you by contacting us.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data — use the in-app option in Settings or email us.
• Withdraw consent for optional analytics collection at any time via the toggle in Settings.
• Opt out of voice coaching (audio is never generated unless you explicitly tap play).

Children's Privacy

ProSwing AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

International Data Transfers

Our analysis server is hosted in the United States (Google Cloud us-central1). By using the App, you acknowledge that your swing video and biomechanics data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
