How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or tap Manage Subscription inside the ProSwing AI app under Settings. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

I was charged but I don't have a subscription. What do I do?

All billing is handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple's support team can review and process refund requests.

How do I restore a subscription I already purchased?

In the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. This syncs your App Store purchase status and unlocks any active subscription. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Why isn't the AR body tracking working?

3D body tracking with ARKit requires an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner (iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro models). If your device doesn't have LiDAR, the app uses the standard Vision-based path, which still provides full swing analysis. Make sure you're in landscape orientation before starting the Pro path recording.

My free swings ran out. Can I get more?

The free tier includes 5 lifetime swing analyses, tracked to your Apple ID via iCloud. These do not reset if you reinstall the app. To continue using coaching features, subscribe to the Monthly or Annual plan from the app's paywall screen.

Do my monthly swings roll over?

No. On the Monthly plan, unused swings do not roll over. Your count resets at the start of each new billing period. The Annual plan has no swing limit.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete My Data & Account. This removes all your swing history and coaching results from iCloud. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions — deleting your account in-app does not cancel your App Store subscription.

Is my swing video stored on your servers?

Your video is sent to our secure analysis server (Google Cloud Run, US) for processing. Once analysis is complete, the video is stored in your private iCloud account via CloudKit. We do not retain copies of your raw video on our servers after analysis completes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app crashed or isn't working. What should I do?

First try force-quitting and restarting the app. If the problem persists, try restarting your iPhone. If you're still having issues, email us at support@true-compass.ai with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened.

How accurate is the AI coaching?

ProSwing AI's feedback is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for informational and recreational use.
