What devices are supported?
ProSwing AI requires an iPhone with LiDAR for 3D body tracking. Supported devices include iPhone 12 Pro and newer Pro models. The app will show a "LiDAR Required" message on unsupported devices.
How does ProSwing AI analyze my swing?
When you record a swing, the app uses ARKit to capture real-time 3D body tracking data while you swing. After recording, it detects the swing motion, extracts key frames from the video, and sends them to our AI coaching service, which analyzes swing mechanics across all phases — address, backswing, top, downswing, impact, and follow-through — and returns personalized coaching feedback and practice drills.
Is my video stored on your servers?
Your original video never leaves your device. We extract a small number of still frames from the video for analysis; those frames are deleted from our servers automatically within 24 hours.
What subscription plans are available?
Free (5 lifetime analyses), Monthly ($14.99 — 30 analyses/month), Annual ($79.99/year — unlimited, 7-day free trial), and two coach plans: Pro ($29.99 — 120 analyses/month, up to 15 students) and Pro Unlimited ($59.99 — 350 analyses/month, unlimited students). Metered subscribers can also buy a 25-analysis top-up pack ($9.99) that never expires.
I'm a teaching pro — can I use ProSwing AI with my students?
Yes — that's what the Pro plans are for. Tag each swing with a student to build a per-student lesson history with automatic progress tracking, and add your name and facility in Settings so every report card you share carries your branding. Student names stay on your device and in your private iCloud — they're never sent to our servers. As the person recording, you're responsible for getting your student's OK to record and share their swing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find ProSwing AI, and tap Cancel. You can also access this from within the app under Settings > Manage Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete My Data & Account" at the bottom. This removes all your swing history and analysis results from iCloud. Note: if you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately to stop future charges.
Why does the app need camera access?
ProSwing AI uses your iPhone's camera with ARKit to record your golf swing and perform real-time 3D body tracking. A live skeleton overlay is displayed during recording so you can see what the app detects. No audio is recorded.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
You can record swings offline, but an internet connection is required to analyze your swing since the AI coaching runs on our servers. Your swing history is viewable offline once synced.
